In the middle of my research for two upcoming projects I found this incredible document.
It’s fair to say without the Web I’d be jobless, if not homeless, and certainly a less fulfilled person. God bless Sir Timothy Berners-Lee, and his short but brilliant speech to Congress is well worth the 10 or 15 minutes it’ll take to read.
